The #datafam and Tableau Community continues to grow. This is being done by those in the community for the community. New initiatives continue to pop-up and long time heroes continue to set examples for others. Below are some options to get start that I have found useful.
Weekly.
Originally started by Andy Kriebel as a personal project, this has grown to arguably the largest group of its kind. Each Monday you’re presented an article and a dataset to analyze and visualize the story in your own manner.
Weekly.
A different approach to Makeover Monday in that you are asked to replicate the challenge posed. You’re given a set of requirements (example: no LODs) and see how well you know your skills.
Monthly
A new(er) group started by Lindsay Betzendahl to fill the void of lack of healthcare visualizations. Often viewed a difficult area to navigate due to the nature of the data, but an important industry to focus on.
